Let's make meatballs on our own.
Ingredients:
- 560g of minced chicken
- 1/4 cup of flat green parsley (not a bunch of parsley.)
- 2 teaspoons of salt mixed with garlic (If this is not available in the shop, add 1 part of garlic powder to 3 parts of salt and mix)
- Slightly chopped onion -1
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder
- 1/3 cup of bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup of whole cream milk
How to create:
- First, turn on your oven and set it to 175 degrees Celsius.
- Then put everything you need under a bowl in a small space and mix well.
- Now put a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking tray and place it in the oven. Put a little oil on top of this sheet and spread it well all over the sheet.
- Now take a cutlet about the size of the mixture and roll it into a ball and place it on top of the tray.
- Now place this tray in the preheated oven for 28-35 minutes or until the meatballs are well cooked inside.
- Now take it out of the oven and serve it with your favorite sauce.
