Everyone likes to eat a different dish instead of the usual kottu they eat every day. That's why we thought we'd show you how to make cheese kottu.


Required Materials

600g of bread

50g of carrots

50g of cabbage

100g of leeks

 4 eggs

I  A large piece of onion

2 teaspoons of gambiris

2 tablespoons chopped chillies

 2 tablespoons soy sauce

5 raw chilli pods

5 large cloves of garlic

Just enough salt

A little bit of rumpe curry

 A piece of ginger

 Vegetable gravy as needed

 200g of cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons of oil




 Ingredients for vegetable broth

A small carrot

Leeks are a small tree

An onion

3 large cloves of garlic

3 tomatoes

A little bit of rumpe curry

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

 2 tablespoons of gambiris

2 teaspoons of turmeric powder

 Just enough salt

2 tablespoons of oil

Coconut milk and condensed milk

way of making

First put a pot on the stove and add a little oil. Add garlic, rumpe, curry leaves, ginger and mix well. Add some eggs, chilli, gambir and salt and then add chopped cabbage, leeks and vegetables. 

 Then add the bread crumbs and enough to make the gravy. Add soy sauce and finally cheese to taste.
