Properties of Guava

        

        Guava is a fruit rich in vitamin C. Eating Guava can boost immunity. There are many varieties of this plant that are easily grown in many countries. Because of the beta carotene content, the body converts these into vitamins. 
 
         This allows the body to protect itself from viruses and cancer. Vitamin C and Vitamin A in Guava combine to detoxify the body. Guava is high in fiber which keeps the digestive system healthy. Eliminates constipation. Protects the body from diseases such as arthritis.

 Blend apples, oranges and Guava in a blender, add ice cubes and drink.

 Cut the Guava into small pieces and then boil it until the pieces are transparent. Then take the pieces away from the boiled water and keep it to cool. Chop the pieces with hand. Put in a sieve and set aside the juice. To a cup of juice
 
Add 2/3 cup of sugar and spoon well and keep on the stove until thickened. Then let it dry. Add coloring seasonings if desired.
 Clean a bottle well, add jam and let it cool.
