Cloud Egg

Today I'm going to teach you how to make a dish called "Cloud Egg" in a different way that goes a little beyond the usual dishes like the omelet we all make from eggs

Ingredients:

2 eggs

A little salt

A little bit of pepper powder

2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (available at supermarkets)

1 tablespoon of crushed coriander leaves (optional)

How to make:

First we need to preheat the oven to 200 C and start the rest of the work.

Also, take a tray that you can put in the oven, put some greaseproof paper on the inside and set aside.

Now we need to take 2 eggs and separate their yolks and whites and put them in two bowls. You can do this by taking an egg, breaking it a little above the egg shell and slowly pouring the egg whites out of the hole and slowly adding the remaining yolks to a separate bowl.

We need to beat the reserved egg whites well until they are now frozen. Add some cheese while stirring. Add all the cheese at once and beat little by little.

Now take the tray we made earlier and add the beaten whites to it.

After placing the whites in the tray, make a space in the middle of the tray, that is, use the outside of a spoon to scoop out the eggs in the middle of the tray. When you look at the photos below, you will understand exactly what works.

By now the oven is hot enough, but don't turn off the oven just because it is. All you have to do is open the preheated oven and put the tray in it and bake the whites for about 2-3 minutes. Do not turn off the oven at any time.

Once the yolks are baked, take them out of the oven and gently place one of the previously removed egg yolks in the small space we made between the yolks (if the yolks are broken, this will not work nicely, so be careful when separating the yolks).

T1hen put it back in the oven and bake for another 3 minutes.

Then take it out of the oven and use a spatula (flat spoon) to carefully remove the "cloud egg" from the tray and place it on a plate.

Finally, chop the coriander leaves and place on top of the prepared "Cloud Egg". that's all!
