Marshmallow pudding 🍮




 

Ingredients required:

  •  10 g of gelatin
  •  Egg whites2
  • 125 grams of sugar
  • 125 ml of water
  • A little bit of vanilla essence
  •  If desired, add finely chopped cashews and plums.
  • Color. Apply any color or shade you like.

 way of making:

 Beat egg whites well. Do not mix water or turmeric with this. If that happens, it will not come.

     Put some gelatin in water and boil it in a double boiler.

     When the eggs are beaten a little, the stuffing comes.

     Add a little sugar to the egg mixture and stir gently. It would be nice to have some sugar. Then add some gelatin and beat.

     Then add some of this mixture to another bowl and add the color.

      First put one part in the fridge and put the other part in the fridge for 5 minutes.
        
      Now you can eat it.
