Green Bean Fries

 




Have you ever eaten beans wrapped in egg yolks? What did you say! Are beans made that way? Without it! In Sri Lanka, we are accustomed to making bean curd, but there are many different types of bean dishes. Very easy to make. If you want to add more flavor to this dish, you can add a teaspoon of garlic powder. Let's see how it works ..


 Ingredients:

450 grams of beans

1 egg (beat)

1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup of crushed cashews


How to make:

First we need to wash the beans. There is no need to cut the beans as this will take the beans out of the pods. So it is enough to open the beans and wash them.

 Then you need to take the bean pods and put them in the eggs first.

Then dip the beans in the cheese.

Finally grind the beans in cashew powder.

Only if the beans are wilted can you add a little oil to the beans at this time. Very good if it is like olive oil. Beans taste best when cooked moist.

Now take a tray that can be put in the oven and put a sheet of oil on it (put in the tray when making the cake) and pack the beans in it. Arrange the beans neatly so that there is little space between them.

Then bake in the oven at 225 C. that's all! That's all the work done. Bake for about 10-15 minutes before you can eat.
