Indian style Rice




 Let's make Indian style rice?  Now I'm going to show you how I made this.

Ingredients:

Cooked rice (Basmati is more suitable)

Finely chopped onion (forgot to put in the photo)

Finely chopped brinjal

Boiled and finely chopped potatoes

Boiled and finely chopped carrots

Boiled peas

Ginger, garlic paste

Curry leaves

Salt

A few songs

 A little bit of lentils

A few skewers

A little bit of gambling

 A little mustard (forgot to put in the photo)


How to make:

Put a pan on the stove and when it heats up add a few songs.

 Add mustard seeds, chickpeas, lentils, ginger, curry leaves and stir fry.

When the above liquid comes out of the pan, add the ginger, garlic paste and chopped onion.

Add salt and mix well and let it cool down.

Add the chopped brinjals to it.

When the brinjals and onions are well cooled, add the peas, carrots and potatoes.

Allow everything to cool well.

Add the cooked rice to the pan.

Stir well and let the rice cool down for a while.

 You can add some chopped coriander leaves, roasted cashews and onions to make it more flavorful and delicious.
