As soon as you hear the name you know the taste of the burrito on the taco bell. I make this without meat and fish so that anyone can eat it.
If you want you can put the chicken in the filling and make it.
Chicken can also be grilled. The mixture is free to make in any way
First put 300g of bread flour in a bowl. Add 3g of salt powder and mix well.
Make a soft dough by adding a little hot water from time to time.
Cover the dough with a cling wrap and leave it for 20 minutes.
We have a lot of work to do in those 20 minutes.
You need to make the filling inside the bread. Then take a potato, peel it and slice it into round slices.
Again, cut the slices into very thin strips. Now put it in cold water, wash it and put it in a pot.
Then take half a carrot and cut it into very thin strips in the same way and put it in a separate bowl.
Take a green bell pepper, cut it into thin strips and put it in a bowl.
Now put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick saucepan and when it heats up, first add the chopped carrots, stir and fry.
After cooking for a while, add the chopped potatoes to it, stir and cook.
Add about 2g of salt powder and stir again.
Add 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, mix well and fry.
Now add a teaspoon of vinegar to it and then add some chopped bell pepper and cook well.
Add the cooked filling to a separate bowl and set aside to cool.
Now it's time for that 20-minute doe.
Now take out the dough and knead it again and knead it like a long potato pod.
Then cut into portions with a knife. Now roll out the separated part like a round ball and place the rolling pin on it to make a very thin round shaped loaf.
When all is done, take one loaf, grease it with oil, and place another loaf on top of it.
Grease it with oil and put another one. Put 3 or 4 loaves together and make it like that.
But do not grease the surface of the last loaf. Now place the rolling pin on top of the thick loaf and thin it out.
You can make bread out of them too.
Put the thinly sliced bread on a steamer and bake for about 10 minutes.
Then take out the loaves and place the sauce pan on top of the loaves and cut them around with a knife.
Then take off the bread and separate it one by one like a paratha.
But much thinner than that. Now you have about 8-10 identical loaves of bread.
Now take one loaf and put some of the filling we made earlier at one end of it, roll one round on the side where the filling of the bread was placed and fold it inwards on both sides of the loaf.
Then roll forward. Put the filling on each loaf and roll it like that.
After filling the bread, put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a non-stick sauce pan (it is a little too deep not to deep fry) and turn all the rolled bread over and fry.
