Potato Latkes

 




Now I'm going to teach you how to make a delicious potato dish that you can eat while drinking tea.

Ingredients:

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

 Tablespoons of chopped onion1

Scrambled eggs3

Tablespoons of bread flour2

1 1/2 teaspoons of salt

1/2 cup coconut oil for frying

How to make:

First we need to remove the water content of the tubers. You can do this by taking the potatoes and putting them on a clean cotton cloth and squeezing them well. Then you can remove the water from the potatoes.

Then take a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, onion, salt and flour and mix well.

 Now put a pan (pan) on the stove and heat some oil on it.

Once the oil is hot, take a spoonful of the pre-made potato mixture and pour it into the oil.

Then we need to thin the potato mixture to a thickness of about 1/2 inch on the outside of the spoon. Like making a small loaf of bread.

Then fry one side of the potato mixture until golden and the other side until golden brown.

 While frying we need to prepare a pot to put some of these frying pans in. Prepare a jar with a tissue paper. We put a piece of tissue paper on it to save some oil.


 Then you have to eat it with something like sauce outside in the heat.
