This is Indian food. This is made using powdered milk we drink. Very easy to make
Ingredients:
Tablespoons of melted ghee3
1/2 cup of milk
Flour flour 1 1/2
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Cardamom pinch
A few more chopped nuts
How to make:
First, place a non-stick pan on the stove. Add 3 tablespoons of ghee to it.
Then add some milk to it.
Add a little powdered milk and a little sugar and stir well over low heat.
Spoon until nothing gets lost around the pit and the mixture comes to a lump.
Then put it on a buttered plate, thinly slice it and put some nuts on top with a spoon.
After that the twins have to eat the pieces. An evening meal at tea time!
