Bread Manchurian




 Now I'm going to teach you how to make a slightly different kind of delicious dish that we can make from bread.  This is an Indian dish.  This dish is made by making balls out of bread and frying the balls in oil and mixing them with a sauce mixture.

Ingredients:

We want to make some bread balls,

3 slices of sandwich bread (sliced ​​bread)

1 cup of chopped cabbage

 1/2 cup of grated carrot

1/2 teaspoon of chili powder

1/2 teaspoon of crushed ginger garlic

 1/4 cup of corn flour (Corn flour)

Tablespoons of water2

1/4 teaspoon of salt

  Oil for frying

 We want to make the temperature,

 Coconut oil 3 tbsp

 Crushed garlic cloves3

 4 tablespoons of chopped onion leaves

 2 tablespoons chopped onion

  A sliced ​​fish chili pod

  Tablespoons of tomato sauce2

 Chili sauce 1 tbsp

 Tablespoons of soy sauce1

 Raw chilli pods cut in half1

 Vinegar 1 tbsp

 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder

 1 teaspoon of corn flour

  How to make:

  First you need to make some bread balls,

 First, break the bread into small pieces and grind in a blender.

Then take a bowl and add bread crumbs, cabbage, carrots, chilli powder, ginger and garlic.

Add cornflour, salt, and two tablespoons of water.

 Now mix all this well.

After mixing these well, take a little bit of the mixture and make small balls.  Like we're making cutlets.  When doing this, remember to rub a little coconut oil on your hands.  Or the mixture sticks to the hand.

 After making the balls like this, put a pot on the stove and heat the oil by adding oil to it.

When the oil heats up, add these bread balls and fry.

 Once the balls are well fried, remove the oil.  That means it's okay to put the balls on top of a piece of tissue paper and hold them until they absorb the oil.

 Now let's make the tempura (sauce mixture),

The first thing we need to do when making the temp is to put a pot on the stove and heat oil in it.

  Then add garlic, onion, green chillies and fish chillies to the heated oil and bring to a boil.

While it is cooling, add the tomato sauce, soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt and vinegar.

 Then increase the heat a little and mix well.

Then dissolve the corn flour in 1/4 cup of water and add the mixture to the sauce.

When the mixture becomes like a thick sauce, add some fried bread balls and salt and mix well.

that's all!  Here the work is all done.  Now all you have to do is eat.  When the dish is sent to the table, top it with a little more salt and garnish it and send it to the table.
