Easy pinwheel sandwich recipes for lunch or party appetizer. Just about any sandwich flavour you can imagine is even tastier rolled up in perfect finger food spiral.
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (sliced bread / sandwich bread)
Boiled and mashed beets1
Boiled mashed carrots1
Boiled and mashed potatoes2
Tablespoons of butter4
Tablespoons of mustard cream1
For this we need to boil the carrots, beets and potatoes and grind them separately and then add salt and pepper and mix well.
How to make:
First take the slices of bread and cut the edges around them.
Then put some butter and mustard cream in a bowl and mix well until the two are well mixed.
Now we need to thin the bread slices. You can use a rolling pin or a glass bottle with whatever you have. When thinning, do not try to thin your hand too hard! If so, the loaf of bread may break in places.
Now take one slice of the thinly sliced bread and grate the butter mixture on it.
Then take another slice of bread and grate the boiled and crushed beet mixture we took while making this.
In this way, take two more slices of bread and grate the carrot mixture in one and the potato mixture in the other. If you like, you can add a drop of green color to the potatoes and make a green potato mixture. Then you can make this sandwich even more beautiful.
Now we need to put the buttered bread slice on top of a piece of greaseproof paper and place the sliced beetroot and carrot sliced bread on top of that slice and finally the potato slice on top.
Then you need to roll these bread slices together. Like a roll of chocolate. To make it easier, we placed a slice of bread on top of greaseproof paper.
All you have to do now is cut the sandwich into pieces. We cut this in the same way we cut chocolate rolls. That means cut this into round slices. If you do not understand how to cut the pieces, look at the photos below ..
If the loaf of bread comes off after cutting into pieces like this, you can make a toothpick by touching the places where the loaf of bread comes off.
