Ingredients:
4 red apples
150g of sugar
5 tablespoons of apple juice
About 1 cup of water (enough water to boil a few apples)
Juice of 1 tbsp of lime
A small cinnamon stick
Whipping cream 250ml
7g of gelatin powder (about 2 tbsp)
A little hot water (to dissolve the gelatin)
1-2 drops of food coloring in red or a preferred color (if desired)
How to make:
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into small pieces.
Then add water, apple juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks and lime juice and keep on the stove.
Once the apples are well cooked, remove from the heat, strain the water and set aside to cool. (Remove the piece of cinnamon bark.)
Then dissolve the gelatin in a little hot water.
Once the apples are browned, put them in a blender.
Add the melted gelatin and color and blend well.
Now in a separate bowl, mix the whipped cream well. (Shift Peak - Shift Pake Wenkan needs to be beaten. If you do not know how to beat like that, there is an article in our "Things to Know" section of our cooking app that says "Let's beat things like creams and egg whites correctly". Take a look at the article, it will be very important for you.)
Then add the whipped cream to the blended apples and keep in the fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
Finally decorate and serve as you like.
