Garlic Curry

 Let's see how to make a tasty and nutritious "garlic curry".




Ingredients:

Three big cups of garlic

onion

Raw chillies

Cinnamon

Maldiv Fish

Rampe, Karapincha

Salt

Egg Yolk

Chili powder

Fried curry powder 

Raw curry powder 

Mustard

Management Oil

One and a half cups of coconut milk

 How to make:

Put a little oil in a bowl and add mustard, onion, green chillies, rumpe, curry leaves,  curry powder and Maldiv Fish. 

When they are fried, add some garlic and mix well.

Add egg yolks, raw onions, salt and pepper to taste.

Leave the garlic in the oil for a few minutes, add the coconut milk and cook until the garlic is cooked through.
