This is a delicious Italian dish that brings us Sri Lankans an unfamiliar taste ... easily created and tasted at home.
Ingredients required:
800 grams of potatoes
2 cups flour (bread flour or semolina)
Eggs1
Tablespoons of olive oil1

How to make:
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces and boil well.
Mash the boiled potatoes well, add the beaten eggs, mix well and add the flour little by little. Finally, it should be non-sticky.
Take a portion of the mixture and place it on a floured board and knead well into a stick shape (
Now divide it into pieces .
Put a pot of water on the stove, add salt, bring to a boil, add the chopped flour mixture and bring to a boil.
Remove from the heat and strain it with olive oil and sage.
Serve with sauce.
