Let's make a delicious dish from young jackfruit (polos). A food that is good for the body.
Ingredients required:
A coconut
Tablespoons of chili powder3
Tablespoons of pepper powder2
3 tablespoons of powder
A handful of red raw rice
A handful of grated coconut
1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
Salt to taste
A snarl piece
Red onion5
A piece of ginger 4 large cloves of garlic
4 cardamom seeds
3 cloves
A piece of cinnamon
2 cinnamon leaves
A little mustard
Rampa, curry leaves, a piece of sorghum
2 small cups of diluted milk
1 small cup of condensed milk
A little bit of betel nut lime (not necessary)
How to make:
First take a handful of clean red raw rice without stones and sand and fry it well on the stove. (Do not overheat) If it does, it will taste good. After frying the rice, fry the coconut well. It takes a while for the coconut to get wet and bake.
Then blend the rice well. Then add some coconut and blend until it becomes a good paste. If it looks like a thick paste, add a little coconut milk.
Now remove the thorns from the jackfruit and remove the four-inch wide jackfruit cut into small chunks. Add a little water to the knife before cutting them. Then the cochlea will not stick
Now put the curry in the garden pot (be sure to take only a clay pot) Put the pot on the stove and add a little oil. About 3 tablespoons. When heated, add a little mustard and explode. Then add curry leaves, rumpe, ginger, chopped garlic, chopped red onion and cinnamon.
When it smells good, add chilli powder, turmeric powder and turmeric oil. When it turns golden, add the chopped coconut and mix well. Now add two or three cinnamon leaves to it.
Now add a little milk and cover with a lid and cook well for about half an hour. When we pick up the coconut, we understand how this is.
When the broth comes to a boil, add the condensed milk and the paste we made by frying the rice and coconut. If you want you can also leave some of the broth. I'm well done because there are other curries.
Sprinkle a little curry powder on the stove as soon as it is cooked.
