4 tablespoons of dry moldiv fish powder
2 tablespoons of chilli powder
A little rump leaves
A little cardamom
Cinnamon bark 3 pieces
2 tablespoons of sugar
How to make:
First, chop the salt lengthwise. Then put it in a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Now put it on the stove and after a while add the mackerel and chilli powder and mix well.
Add some rumpe / cardamom / cinnamon sticks.
Then let the salt dry well. Add as much sugar as you like.
When the water in the salt is gone, add a little oil and reduce the heat to low.
Now always roll these sugar sambols back and forth.
When the salt is kept in the pan for a while and stirred, it looks like the salt mixture is rolling together.
Also the color comes off beautifully.
That means the seeni sambol is right now.
