Jack fruit pudding 🍮




 This  pudding is very delicious & prepare to easy. 

Waraka Pudding 

Ingredients 

25 waratah pieces 

Once Sugar 150g 

Custard Powder 50g

 Margarine 30g

 Flour 50g 

Sultan 50g 

Cashew 50g

 Milk 2 cups 

Cinnamon Peel 

A little water. 

 Method of making 

Cut 1/2 inch decisions at a time. Put the chopped jars in a bowl and add 100g of milk sugar, cinnamon and cashew sultana and boil. 

 When the mixture boils add the melted custard powder to it. 

 When the mixture thickens, dissolve it, add the margarine and sugar mixture, mix well and bring to the boil.

 Enough for 8 people
