Mung Bean Sprouts Salad

It is said that green peas are very tasty when cooked and have a lot of nutritional value. Now I am going to teach you how to make a dish from sprouted or rooted green beans.

Ingredients:

200g of sprouted Mung Bean Sprouts

A little bit of mackerel powder (any amount you like)
 50g of finely chopped tomatoes

2-3 raw chilli pods written on the henna

50g of finely chopped red onion or country onion

About 1 tablespoon of sesame oil

 Lime juice (according to taste)

 Fried sesame seeds 1 tbsp

 Crushed Garlic Big2

 Salt (to taste)

 Pepper powder (to taste)

About 1 tablespoon of soya sauce

 Teaspoons of sugar (if desired)

Finely chopped raw ginger (if desired)

 How to make:

Wash the sprouted green peas thoroughly.

Then put a pot on the stove, add water and bring to a boil.

Once the water boils, add the sprouted green peas and boil for about 2-3 minutes, strain the water and keep aside.

Meanwhile, lightly chop the fried sesame seeds.

Now put the boiled roasted green peas, mackerel powder, tomatoes, raw chillies, onions, roasted sesame seeds, garlic and finely chopped raw ginger in a bowl.

Then take a small bowl and add some soy sauce, lime juice and sugar, mix well until the sugar dissolves and add to the roasted green gram mixture.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Finally add a little sesame oil and mix well so that it does not get crushed. Leave it for about 20-30 minutes and enjoy.
