The most delicious lasagna

 Things you need

500g of half-boiled lasagna pasta

200g of minced meat

200g of finely chopped mozzarella

Teaspoon each of crushed ginger and white salt

 2 raw chilli pods

Teaspoon of chilli

A little bit of gambiris powder

200g of butter

100g of flour

100ml of milk

50g of cheese powder

A little cheese if you like


 How to make


 In a saucepan, heat the crushed ginger, garlic, finely chopped onion and raw chillies. Add the chopped chillies and a little pepper powder. Now add some minced meat.  Once it cools down, add a little more tomato sauce. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about two hours. Finally, add salt to taste.


 Now to make the basemeal sauce, first put a saucepan on the stove and heat some butter. Then add some bread flour to it.  The same amount of butter.  Stir well to prevent it from freezing.  Now add milk little by little to this and mix well.

 Do not let it freeze.  Finally add a little salt.


 Put a suitable tray to put in the oven, spread butter on it and then spread a layer of meat sauce first.

 Then place a layer of finely chopped mozzarella cheese on top and a layer of lasagna on top.

 In this way, layer by layer according to the height of the tray.

 Finally pour in the pre-made basemeal sauce so that the surface is well drained.  Then spread a thin layer of mozzarella cheese on the surface.  I added some more grated cheddar cheese ... and it tasted and tasted ...

 Now put this in a preheated oven at 200 Celsius and bake for about 30 to 40 minutes.  Here it is ..
