This is a weird layer cake that can be baked layer by layer with unimaginable egg yolks and butter without adding baking powder. It's different and tastes better, but it's not so good for cholesterol. This is an Indonesian layer cake.
Ingredients: 500g of butter
80g of condensed milk (Condensed Milk- OK if taken like milkmaid)
Egg yolk 30 (600g)
200g of icing sugar
90g of bread flour
Milk powder (Milk Powder) 30g
Cinnamon powder 2 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Teaspoons of ginger powder (if available)
Cardamom / cardamom powder tbsp
100g of melted butter
How to make:
First, place the condensed milk in a bowl with the butter and stir for about 10 minutes until lightly browned.
Then put the egg yolks and a little sugar in another bowl and stir until you get a soft mixture. (By the time you finish beating, the mixture will have tripled.)
Then add the first beaten butter mixture, then the beaten egg yolk mixture and stir gently at least 2 times until the mixture is mixed. (Do not beat too much.)
Now mix some bread flour, milk powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, ginger powder, cardamom / cardamom powder and sift through a sieve two or three times.
Then add the flour mixture to the pre-stirred mixture and stir with a spoon.
Then take 1kg cake tin with a little butter and a little butter and put it in a preheated oven at 180 ° C / 350 ° F and let it heat for 5-10 minutes.
Now take out the cake tin and turn off the bottom coil (Top Heat Mode) so that only the top of the oven heats up.
Then take only 60g - 80g (about 4-5 tablespoons) of the cake mixture separately and put it in the oven heated cake tin. (Spread the cake mixture evenly over the cake tin.)
Then put in the oven and bake for about 4-7 minutes until the top is browned. (Put a piece of string or a toothpick and bake in the middle.)
Then take the cake tin out of the oven and brush it well with the melted butter brush on top of the baked cake.
Then add 60g– 80g (about 4-5 tablespoons) of the cake mixture and bake for about 4-7 minutes as before.
Then take it out of the oven again and beat the melted butter well.
Then add 60g– 80g (about 4-5 tablespoons) of the cake mixture again and bake for about 4-7 minutes until the top is browned.
Grate the butter while baking layer by layer in this way.
Anyway, I'm going to bake this cake layer by layer for about 1 hour. (Also, when finished, the cake will have about 20 layers.)
Once the last layer is baked, leave the cake to dry completely and remove from the cake tin to taste.
