Bread Roll


 

Today we will make a snack that can be made quickly. This Bread Roll can make a difference even for small children. Change the filling to your liking and make it nutritious. Let's see the ingredients needed to make the Bread Roll.


Required Materials:

Bread slices06

Butter or margarine

Salt (to taste)

Chili powder (to taste)

Three (according to taste)

Pepper (to taste)

Yogurt or skim milk ½ cup

Paneer (grated) 1 cup

Onions (finely chopped) 2 tbsp

Raw chillies (finely chopped) 2 tbsp

How to make:

Add yoghurt or skim milk, paneer, green onions, raw chillies, chilli powder, turmeric, pepper and salt and mix well to make a paste.

Then cut around the edges of the bread slices and thin with a rolling pin. Spread butter on thin slices of bread.

Now take some of the mixture and roll it on a slice of bread and tighten it.

Now put some oil in the pan and fry it upside down.
