Apple wine


 Required Materials


 Apples - 1kg

 Hot water - 3.7 l

 Sugar - 1 1/2 kg

 Lemon juice of about two nuts

 Yeats - 15 g


 way of making :-


 Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

           Then strain the juice, put it in a suitable container, add sugar, yeast and lemon and keep in a warm place.  Now when the mixture boils, mash it well (spoon it) and then cover it again for another 3-4 days before putting it in another bowl.  Finally caramelize a little sugar and add to it to get the wine color.  It should take about 4 - 6 months to get the right term.
