Things you need:
2 cups of raw rice
2 cups milk with a dried coconut
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of yeast
How to prepare:
Take 2 cups of raw rice and soak in cold water for 4 hours.
Take 2 cups of milk from a dried coconut and set aside one for use now and the other when making hoppers.

1/2 teaspoon of yeast
Put the water-saved raw rice in a blender and add a little coconut milk and mix well with 1 cup of coconut milk. Add sugar, yeast and blend well.
Leave this overnight and mix it with the other cup of coconut milk the next day.
Stop breastfeeding when you have enough milk.
So now you can make hoppers.
