Milk rice




Try making milk rice for the new year like this.

Ingredients:

4 cups of washed rice 4 cups condensed coconut milk 4 teaspoons of salt2

 How to make:

 Add water and cook the white raw rice first until it reaches the second joint of the middle finger of the hand. Keep the amount of water. Do not make rice berries. In that case, no matter how much milk is added, a drop of water will come into the milk. Dissolve the salt and coconut milk well. 

 Once the rice is cooked, pour the rice sticks on the back of a wooden spoon, add the salted milk and cook again until the milk dries. If you are making rice in a cooker, add milk when the cooker drops from "Cook Mode" to "Warm Mode" before adding the milk and put it back to "Cook Mode". 

 If the salt in each brand changes and the salt suddenly increases, add a little more coconut milk.
