Vegetable Chop Suey



 

No blanch curries, no corn flour, no more work  but let's make a simple and delicious vegetable chopsuey.

 Required Materials:

  • Beans
  • Carrots
  • B. onion
  • Cabbage
  • Management Oil
  • A little sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • Soy sauce
  • Oyster sauce


 How to make:

Put the pan on the stove and add the oil.

Add onion, carrot, cabbage, beans, sugar and salt and bring to a simmer.

Then add soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well.

 Decorate beautifully according to the image below

 Chinese food is in high demand in our country .That's why the number of Chinese restaurants in Sri Lanka seems to be increasing. 

 Chop suey is a delicacy that many people order when they go to a Chinese restaurant. You can try vegetables like cabbage flowers, a bit more expensive bamboo shoots, baby corn, zucchini, Chinese cabbage, etc. 

The specialty of the chop sui I make today is that I do not blanch vegetables. Corn flour is not added, so it can be made quickly at low cost. 

The quality is preserved, the appearance is beautiful and it tastes good.
