Ingredients:
Cabbage 1
Tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil2
A little bit of garlic powder (available at supermarkets)
A lime
Pieces Chili 1 1/2 tbsp
A little salt
A little pepper
How to make:
First we need to heat the oven to 230 C. When we finally put the cabbage in the oven and bake it, the oven should be heated to the same temperature. Therefore, do not turn off the oven at any time by saying "it is hot" ..!
Then take the cabbage and cut it into 4 pieces.
Then drizzle olive oil on both sides of the cabbage pieces. If you can use a small brush (Cooking Brush) for this task, the work will be easier. Do not take the names of other brushes! If those strands come off, it's over! When you think about a brush or a bit, you will think of a way you can do this job. Somehow the oil has to be grated on the cabbage pieces.
Once the olive oil is done, take the garlic powder and spread it on both sides of the cabbage pieces.
Then add some pepper powder to the cabbage pieces.
Also, add the chopped chillies. Keep in mind that we now need to grind all the garlic powder, pepper and chillies on both sides of the cabbage. Not just on one side.
Now put the cabbage in a tray in the oven.
Then all we have to do is put this tray in the oven we pre-heated and bake the cabbage for about 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes take the cabbage out of the oven and turn the cabbage pieces so that they come up to the bottom of the cabbage and bake for another 15 minutes. Finally we need to squeeze some lime juice into the cabbage pieces taken out of the oven.
that's all! All the work is done. Now all you have to do is eat.
