 Ingredients required:

 Kiri Samba or Suduru Samba 1 kg

 250 grams of fish

 100 grams of leeks

 150 grams of shrimp

 How to make:

 Boil the fish and cut it into small pieces and fry. Finely chop the leeks and cabbage and bring to a boil. Fry onion and cashews. Then wash the rice and leave it to soak in water. Then put a pan on the stove, add butter and heat. Add minced garlic, rum, salt and mix well. Add rice, fry for 2 to 3 minutes, add water and cook the rice. Once the rice is cooked, heat it and divide it into three parts.

 Put a piece of rice in a bowl and mix well with a spoon. Put 1 teaspoon of butter on it and grind well with a knife. Put the fried fish on it. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on it. Put the rest of the rice on top and press well. Put butter on it.

 Then spread the vegetable mixture. Sprinkle salt and pepper on it. Put the rest of the rice on top and mix well. Add butter and fried prawns on top. Add another piece of rice and cover. Add roasted cashews and shallots. Finally, spread the lettuce around the rice and garnish with tomato slices.
