Oats Cookies


 


Today we are going to teach you how to make delicious cookies (biscuits) from oats for breakfast. That means it is made with raisins. That's why these cookies are so delicious. Let's see how it works ...


 Ingredients:


  • Oat cup2
  • 3/4 cup of bread flour
  •  1/2 teaspoon of baking soda (hopper soda)
  • Tablespoons of butter kept at room temperature2
  • 3/4 cup of brown sugar
  •  Eggs1
  •  1/2 cup of golden syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  •  3/4 cup of raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of water



 How to make:


       First preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and then start other work. When we have finished making the mixture, it should be heated to the oven level. That's it!)

       Now take a bowl and add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well.

        In a separate bowl, combine butter, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Add golden syrup and water and mix well. Add flour mixture and raisins with oats and mix well.

      Keep this in the fridge for at least 15 minutes or overnight.

       Then take a baking tray that can be put in the oven, spread butter on it, put oil paper on it and prepare it.

        Take the mixture out of the fridge and use a spoon or scoop, take a little of the mixture and place it evenly on the prepared baking tray. (These are the biscuits / cookies that are baked when they are baked.

        Now put the prepared baking tray in the preheated oven and bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
