Ingredients:


  •  2 cups of rice (boiled and cooled
  •  1/2 cup of kimchi (chopped with a fork)
  •  Part of onion leaf or tuber of leek tree 1/2 cup (chopped)
  •  The green part of the onion leaves or 1/2 cup of leeks (chopped)
  •  Tablespoons of soy sauce1
  •  1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
  •  Tablespoons of vegetable oil or cooking oil 2
  •  Add a pinch of salt and pepper each


 How to make:

  •  Put a large saucepan on the stove and put oil in   it.
  •   Add a slice of onion leaf or a tuber of leeks and      cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  •   Then add rice, mix and cook for another minute.
  •   Then add kimchi and kimchi juice to it.
  •    Mix the rice and kimchi well and let it fry for a few minutes.
  •  Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
  •  Stir well for a few minutes until the rice is well browned and let the kimchi rice fry
  •  Finally add the green part of the onion leaves or leeks, stir and remove from the heat. that's all
  •  The last thing you need to do is put a bull's eye egg on the kimchi fried rice that has been removed from the oven and serve it hot to the family.
  • You can add vegetables and meat and fish to your liking and make it even tastier.
