Ingredients:
- 2 cups of rice (boiled and cooled
- 1/2 cup of kimchi (chopped with a fork)
- Part of onion leaf or tuber of leek tree 1/2 cup (chopped)
- The green part of the onion leaves or 1/2 cup of leeks (chopped)
- Tablespoons of soy sauce1
- 1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
- Tablespoons of vegetable oil or cooking oil 2
- Add a pinch of salt and pepper each
How to make:
- Put a large saucepan on the stove and put oil in it.
- Add a slice of onion leaf or a tuber of leeks and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Then add rice, mix and cook for another minute.
- Then add kimchi and kimchi juice to it.
- Mix the rice and kimchi well and let it fry for a few minutes.
- Add salt, pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil and mix well.
- Stir well for a few minutes until the rice is well browned and let the kimchi rice fry
- Finally add the green part of the onion leaves or leeks, stir and remove from the heat. that's all
- The last thing you need to do is put a bull's eye egg on the kimchi fried rice that has been removed from the oven and serve it hot to the family.
- You can add vegetables and meat and fish to your liking and make it even tastier.
