Today I brought you a delicious recipe that everyone loves because everyone is at home these days. The dhal wade is easy to make and can be eaten spicy.
So let's see what are the ingredients needed to make Dhal Wade.
Required Materials:
- Watana dahl 200g
- Raw chilies or kochchi as required
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons of country salt
- Salt to taste
- Pieces of chilies as needed
- Coconut oil
How to make:
- Wash the dahl soaked for 3-4 hours and put them in a blender cup.
- Add a pinch of salt and blend until smooth. (When rolling by hand, blend until the dough forms without breaking.)
- Put the blended dahl in a bowl and add curry leaves, ground salt, chopped chilies, raw chilies or kochchi, salt to taste and mix well.
- Now put the coconut oil in a pan and heat it.
- Get enough amount of the dahl mixture and make the shape of the wade.
- Put it into oil and fry until it turn in to golden brown colour.
