How to make:
First we put a pot on the stove and put some apples, coconut and sugar on it and keep the stove on low heat. If you can patch a non-stick container (nonstick container) for this work.
Not only is it good to keep it on the stove, we need to mix it well until the sugar melts and the apple mixture is well formed. This process takes about 7-10 minutes.
Next we need to add cardamom powder and cashews and keep it on the stove for another 2-3 minutes. Now this mixture made in this way should have formed like a soft mixture. If not, keep it on the stove until it does.
Once the mixture is formed in this way, we need to put this mixture in a tray with a little butter and thin it. Do not try to thin it by hand, the mixture has not gone hot yet. It burns the hand and stops. So it would be nice if you could use a flat spoon like a spatula for this. One more thing to keep in mind. Is it better to do this work in the heat?
Once made like this you can cut it into square shaped pieces. Like making milk toffee or ash.
