It is an indispensable food for the Sinhala New Year in Sri Lanka. These carls that came with the foreign invasions can be preserved in a variety of shapes and sizes.
Ingredients required:
250 g of rice flour
A little salt
Oil for frying
A little bit of yellow powder
1 cup of condensed coconut milk (about 150 ml)
Eggs1
How to make:
Add salt and kaha to the finely ground flour and mix well.
Then add egg, coconut milk and mix well.
Heat the oil, put the coconut mold in the oil pan and heat for about two minutes.
Then immerse the heated coconut mold in the coconut mixture.
Then fry until well browned. Then remove the coconut from the mold. Allow to combine.
