Now this is going to teach you how to make a small snack like cutlets that can be eaten at tea time in the evening. This is not a dish of our country. This is called the "Croquetas de Jamon". Not a dish of our country.

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams of minced ham (available at supermarkets)
  • 1/2 cup of bread flour
  • 2 chopped onions
  • A little chopped garlic
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes2
  • 3 cups milk (made from milk powder)
  • Cups of chopped coriander leaves (can also be used like curry)
  • Tablespoons of butter3
  • Pottery and Ceramics Salt
  • Pottery and Ceramics Pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 cups of bread powder (we call that biscuit powder. Those are)
  • Just enough oil to fry

How to make:

First, heat a pan with butter.

Add garlic and onion and bring to a boil.

Now add 1/2 cup of flour and mix well.

Now take some milk and add half of it to this mixture and stir.

Then put it on the stove until it boils a little and add the other half of the milk. Do not leave everything at once. Add milk little by little and stir until the mixture thickens.

Then add the chopped ham to the milk mixture and add a pinch of salt and pepper. But be careful when adding salt as it can increase the salt content of the ham.

Then add some potatoes and mix well and keep the mixture on the stove for about 5 minutes.

Then take this mixture out of the oven and put it in a tray and thin it a little. We can use this as a cake tray.

Then put the mixture in the fridge for about 3 hours.

Now take a bowl and put some eggs in it and beat well. When we put the omelette, we mix the eggs at the same time. It's like that.

Next, take the pre-made ham mixture and make small balls in the shape of eggs.

Then spread the biscuit powder on the ham balls and spread the egg yolks on top.

Then spread the biscuit powder on top of the egg yolk.

Then place the balls in the fridge for about 30 minutes before frying.

Finally we need to deep fry these balls. You can do that by letting the oil heat up a bit. Leave the oil to escape after frying.
